The Company
Koralex is one of the largest wholesale distributors of Bohemian Czech Glass Beads, TOHO Japanese Seed Beads, TierraCast findings, Tulip knitting and crochet needles in Europe. We produce high-quality glass beads in the Czech Republic and distribute them from our warehouse near Jablonec in the Czech Republic directly to many satisfied retailers and manufacturers. Our business is wholesale/distribution only. If you are looking for smaller bead quantities, please contact our friendly customer service staff. We'll be happy to give you a referral. Our beads are sold in a variety of shapes and colours; however, you can also supply your own bead design for production. Minimum quantities apply. Please call for details.

Hours
Our business hours are Monday through Friday 7.00 - 15:00, Central European time. You may visit our warehouse/showroom by appointment only -- minimum warehouse purchase applies. Call for details.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns for exchange on all damaged items or mis-shipments. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. For all other returns, please call for authorization and instructions. Returned items will be exchanged for store credit and are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Items must be received in original condition (i.e., still on strands, etc).

Ordering
We prefer that you place your wholesale bead orders via the website, as Internet orders are given priority status and will be filled much more quickly than orders placed by phone, fax, or email. Additionally, orders may be mailed -- a great option when you require specific items based on enclosed samples. When you place an online order, you will receive a confirmation email once the order is received and then another confirmation when the order is shipped.
Back Orders
Our stock levels are updated continually, but with a constant flow of transactions inventories are occasionally inaccurate. When an item that you have ordered is out of stock, we generally do not place this item on back-order. Usually, out-of-stock items are restocked within a month with the exception of closeout items; however, this is not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Orders over 500,00€ that are shipping to EU countries will receive FREE standard shipping when paid by Bank Transfer. For all other orders, shipping will be based on the actual carrier charge. The shipping method is selected at the time of order and the cost for shipping will be added to the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We have partnered with UPS to provide you with a reliable and efficient way to receive your goods.
Checks
Checks are not accepted. Please pay by bank draft.
Credit Cards
Koralex accepts credit card payments via a "secure link" payment system.
COD
We do not accept checks. Please pay by bank draft or credit card through our "secure link" system.
